MPS used to be a great site and the owners gary and samantha were good about responding to tickets and email messages. They no longer respond to even tickets marked 'critical'. Spoken to five other Op/Website owners there and they all have new Ops accounts sitting for a month or more, to be approved. There is now zero contact back on any issue, ever. There is no way to reach 'customer service'. Which was always incredibly slow but now is not even existent.

Read what others said about the white label sites they were offering and i did some research. On one page they state they have 'examples' of their work for others, and there is nothing but broken links!

I've been here since the very start, a bit after they opened in what 2011. It was ok for a while but the last two months it's changed drastically. What's going on with them at this place? They getting shut DOWN as the rumors are saying? Audited? What is happening? No way to find out is there!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Myphonesite Pros: Good pay, Used to be great support.

Myphonesite Cons: Zero customer service, Zero support response, Fear of imminent closure.

Am so frustrated with MPS Support. What support?

I now have several critical tickets waiting for any response. Also watching super close to my characters as they...for some reason....are being turned off. That is causing me to lose business. Is there any phone number where support can be reached?

Feel like sitting in the MPS fog. HELP

they are not 'gone'.

they are very much there and working very hard.

I am very sorry mandy 'moolah' or 'bucks' but they are good people and they just gave me my own white label site FREE. YES they really did.

There is too much *** talking about MPS and they do not deserve it one bit!!!!!! ~ angel

I posted the above review and now have decided I don't care to bother to be anonymous. I'm Mandy, and I'm on several sites as that, I'm a financial dom and I go by Mandy Moolah, Money, Bucks and Princess Mandy etc.

MPS used to be great.

The two owners were great and responsive, as I noted up there on the review. Now no one gets a reply on anything, no matter what. The new contract for their new site, which I am not going to name in the hopes that maybe they will see this and take CARE OF BUSINESS with their pso workers, states pso's have to give FREE MINUTES to anyone leaving them feedback. Yes, free.

All calls have to get a thank you note to the caller. If a caller is unhappy for ANY REASON with the call, you are just out of luck, they don't pay you.

Please, mps, change this. You are starting to treat the pso's like bad people, and this new contract is AWFUL.

Really awful. I am not going to sign it, and will take my 150 regulars and my girls with me somewhere else. You need to start replying to tickets, emails, etc etc etc. We matter.

I can't address this big 'never got a white label site' thing because I don't know what to say. I think if it's promised it sure should happen.

Sadly - but I haven't found one so called white label site anywhere that was created by MPS. I posted my own review today, something I have not done before on any site at any time. They need to address things and not just have this cavalier attitude toward their pso's. We the PSO's are going to be out here and be heard, and not one thing I've heard written about MPS seems to be in any way untrue.

Based on my own experience, it's all too true.

It's happening to a lot of us.

i notice most people are posting anon too. Sad we have to be afraid to tell the truth.

I worked there and trust me you won't get what you're promised. Got my friend going there and they told her she was getting one of the White Label sites just like the big MPS website.

Nope, never happened. Makes me sad she checks it every day and there's not a thing there. Trying to get her to go to niteflirt but she says she's happy there.

I sure wouldn't be now. She still believes and trusts them and it breaks her heart because she wanted this site so much.

they are not responding to anyone now. Last six weeks I guess?

They might be closing down because they do seem to be gone. My sister works there and she said they paid very late the last three times she was paid.

Plus she can't get a response on her two emergency support tickets either. Personally I do think they are in trouble but no one knows because they have poofed!

try now a year of this. it's now 2016 and now nothing whatsoever and I have a white label account and can't get the simplest request response, even giving me a finger would tell me hey got your message and can't even get that :(.

But hey get a spontaneous reset message from Samantha but then nothing after that so they are still around just ignoring us which I am sorry that is not how your run a business. VERY POOR and VERY DISCOURAGING.

And I have been with Gary with MPS since 2012 and it's not like it was when it comes to communicating. :(
